Sardar Vikramjit Singh resident of Village-Alampur and an NRI has started helping poor & intelligent Sikh Students who scored more than 80% Marks in their respective classes.

Number of such student is approximately 20. Each student is getting Rs.500/- per month as financial help.

When discussed the home Tuition concept in village Alampur he wanted to start the centre immediately under the supervision and administration of ISC Chandigarh.

Col J S Multani General Secretary of ISC and his team along with Sardar N.P. Singh , S.Vikramjit Singh & Brothers visited the Village Alampur for the purpose.

Hence, the Centre started operating from Jan 1, 2019 with 2 Teachers and 15 Students of various Classes. By the end of January it swelled upto 70 students and at present 106 Students upto Class 10 are getting homework tuition from this Centre.It has already shown improvement in their final examination. Six students in view of this centre appeared for competitive exam held by Bhai Jaita Ji Foundation in March 2019.

The Centre has been opened with the objective of picking up intelligent , poor and hard working Sikh students for quality education.

Now the exams are over for these classes and we are expecting more no.of students in this Centre.

The classes being run on the Gurudwara Sahib at Alampur.Our this initiative has been liked and appreciated by many people to the Office another NRI has approached us for such Project in his village .
